Signode's SpiralGrip
310 and 410 semiautomatic overhead stretch wrapping systems can
be mounted to a wall, support beam or SpiralGrip floor stand to
provide convenient overhead wrapping of light, very heavy, unstable
or odd-shaped loads. The SpiralGrip 310 wraps up to 35 loads per
hour, while the SpiralGrip 410 wraps up to 50 loads per hour.

2100 Series |
|
The SpiralGrip 2100 Series combines
the speed of an automatic system with the cost of a semiautomatic
machine. Whether you choose the powered conveyor, platform or conveyor-ready
model, you'll be able to wrap up to 40 random height loads per hour.
You'll also have the option of integrating the basic system into
your existing production line or using the 2100 as a stand alone,
off-line unit.
The SpiralGrip 2100's overhead design rotates the film carriage;
not the load; so you can wrap heavy, irregular, light or unstable
loads quickly and easily with little chance of product shifting
or toppling. Utilizing our patented Sensor-StretchT film carriage,
the SpiralGrip 2100 applies just the right amount of film at the
optimum stretch level to ensure that your loads are securely wrapped
at the lowest cost per load.
