| MCD 510-DH Tandem Strapping
System |
The MCD 510-DH Tandem Strapping
System simplifies mail room operations with automatic dual-strapping
of individual and stacked pallet loads. The system includes two
MCD plastic strapping heads, chutes, PLC controls and dispensers.
Design, manufacture and installation of the support structure and
guarding may be provided by the customer, Signode or a system integrator.
The MCD heads use 7/16" or 1/2" plastic strapping.
MCD 510-DH FEATURES
Drive through design
The strap chutes are buried in the floor, enabling the fork truck
operator to drive through the strapping station for quick, easy
pallet securement.
Remote control push button boxes
Enable the fork truck operator to initiate the strapping operation
from either direction without exiting the fork truck.
Automatic air blast and fiber optic strap sensors
Reduce dust and debris sensitivity and enhance feedability. |
