Finally, a 90-degree push-off applies glue and seals the manufacturers joint, thus providing a tightly packed case with virtually no bulge. The wrap around case has proven itself effective by providing a secure, stackable and transportable container that protects the product, allows easy access and can be used for point of purchase display.

These packers are also available to run trays, RSC cases and wrap around cases with RSC/FOL end flaps. This is a complete, rugged design with quick case size changeover and the durability you demand in a case packer.

High performance is expected and achieved by utilizing opposing vacuum cups to open the case, this will ensure a

case is opened every time. Our product accumulators are engineered to accumulate your specific pack pattern gently and efficiently where it is smoothly guided into side-opening RSC/FOL style cases. Then, by using an upper flight case squaring system you can be positive that your case will be folded closed and sealed squarely with hot melt glue or pressure sensitive tape.

The Model 127SL is custom designed to match production speeds from 1-25 cases per minute based on customer specifications. Machine shown equipped with an optional color touch screen self diagnostic display, full gull-wing type guard doors and quick case size changeover.

The case/tray is pulled down from a vertical magazine onto opposing dual flight lug chain drives and is prepared for loading. Once loaded, the minor flaps of the case/tray are tucked closed and held in position. Next, glue is applied to the minor flaps and the major flaps are folded closed and

squarely sealed with a butterfly type compression. The case/tray is then discharged in preparation for palletizing or shrink wrapping.

The Model 127EL has a case opener arm lockout for the tray selection and single or multi-lane product accumulator for single tiered pack patterns. Digital read outs, ratcheting levers and etched steel rules make this case packer an operators' best friend.

The Model 127BL is engineered with the same quality and precision craftmanship as its predecessor the 127SL. Built with a unique design where compactness and flexibility is a concern. Pack patterns can not always be changed and some products must be packed upright in a corrugated container, that is why we provide a bottom-loading case packer with speeds to 15 cases per minute.

Once a knocked-down corrugated case is pulled from the magazine and opened the product is accumulated into it's pack pattern and transferred 90-degrees in preparation for loading; this allows for more product to be accumulated simultaneously. The product is swiftly funneled upward

through the bottom of the case where it is transferred for top and bottom sealing. The bottom load case packer has quick, accurate placement of the product and case, thus, meeting production requirements. Due to the nature of design, case discharge is usually higher than normal line heights. This can be remedied by using an optional case "lowerator" which can lower the case down to a standard line height in a minimal amount of floor space.
